Relax center in Altemberg Hotel will provide you relaxation and regeneration via
massage and saunas.
Heat and relax are offered by classical Finnish sauna. Rarity is inhalation of evaporated
minerals aroma from Himalay´s salt /temperature 100°C/ .
Steam bath in steam room is recommended for people with respiratory problems. Its
benefit is detoxification through perspiration /temperature 40°C/.
Cooling after sauna is offered by the essential cooling pool with natural mountain
stream water.
We recommend staying in the rest room after the Finnish sauna or steam bath. This
place is great for body relax with sound of pleasant relaxing music.
